"We had a home inspection done a few months ago by Byler Home Inpections. Although we did not
end up purchasing the house Byler did a great job inspecting the house. He was very courteous and
made sure to explain what problems existed and his recommendations. In this home he found
termite damage in one area. It wasn't a major concern, but it alerted us to a potential bigger problem,
which turned out to be a really big problem.
Byler's recommendation at the time was to have a structural engineer come in to make sure the
building was sound. Some major repairs had to be done, so we are glad we had a good inspector
come through before we got in too deep. We hope to be able to do business with Byler Home
Inpections again."
